Kristy Tobine
Principal Broker
Kristy is the Principal Broker and founder of Tobine Realty Group, LLC, which she proudly opened in January 2025. After working with a local real estate brokerage and a nationwide firm, Kristy realized neither fully aligned with her personal and professional vision. Kristy brings the same dedication and leadership to real estate that defined a nearly two-decade career in the fire service, from which she retired from in 2022. Her retirement allowed her to transition from part-time to full-time in real estate giving her more time to focus on her clients and better assist with their individual needs.
Kristy’s professionalism, dedication and genuine care for her clients is at the forefront of every client interaction, whether they are buying, selling, renting or investing. As a lifelong educator, she teaches Advanced Emergency Medical Technician (AEMT) courses and tutors students preparing for computer-based exams across a variety of fields.
Health and wellness are priorities in Kristy’s life, she also serves as the Medical Coordinator where she oversees medical support and preparedness at running events. This role allows her to stay active in the field, contribute to the community and promote healthy lifestyles. She maintains her professional licenses including real estate licenses and paramedic certification to ensure her guidance remains both current and credible. Her joy comes from seeing others succeed, whether in the classroom, on the racecourse or finding the perfect place to call home!
Kristy is a proud wife, mother to four and grandmother to three who thoroughly enjoys spending time with her growing family. She also enjoys biking, hiking, camping and reading.
Jeff Tobine
REALTOR®
Jeff Tobine is the husband of Kristy Tobine, together they share a passion for helping clients build and maintain the homes and lives they envisioned. Jeff began his real estate career in 2019 with a small NH brokerage. Jeff is also the founder and owner of Capital Mowing and Property Services, a professional landscape company he launched in 2006. With a passion for quality and workmanship and dependable service, Jeff has built a reputation for excellence in lawn care, property maintenance and landscaping throughout NH.
Before founding his business, Jeff served and a firefighter bringing with him a deep-rooted commitment to service, teamwork and discipline. Jeff offers his clients a unique blend of property expertise, creative ideas and improvement strategies. Whether it’s maintaining a property or preparing it for the market, Jeff guides his clients with exceptional care and insight.
Jeff is a dedicated husband, father and grandfather. He enjoys running, hiking, hunting, camping and most of all spending time with his family.
Kyleigh Fanny
REALTOR®
With a loyal commitment to exceptional client service, Kyleigh Fanny prides herself on providing prompt responses and addressing clients’ questions with efficiency. Outside of real estate, Kyleigh works full-time in Commercial Property & Casualty Insurance. She holds both a NH Real Estate Agent’s license and a NH P&C Insurance Producer license, bringing a unique perspective and well-rounded approach to her clients.
A graduate with an Associates degree in Health and Wellness, Kyleigh channels her passion for health and fitness into her personal life. When she’s not assisting clients, you can find her strength training, hiking, skiing, or home with a good book.
